When relaunching our website, we placed a strong focus on user-orientation: New visitors can navigate directly to the two main topics “Tax refund” or “Child benefit” on the homepage or select the detailed “How it works”. It only takes a few steps from arriving on the website for the first time to successfully applying for a refund. And: No matter which subpage the visitors are currently on – the personal contact person is always just a click away. This is how user-friendliness works.
